Ainhoa Aguilar is a singer from Adeje with a powerful and versatile voice, marked by a special connection with soul, pop and great vocal-driven songs.
Her artistic journey began at an early age through musical and stage training. In 2013, she took an important step in her career by participating in the second season of The Voice Spain, where her performance of And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going prompted both Antonio Orozco and Malú to turn their chairs during the Blind Auditions.
As a member of Antonio Orozco’s team, Ainhoa progressed to the live shows, demonstrating her ability to take on a wide variety of repertoire and revealing a particular affinity with Black music through her performance of Something’s Got a Hold on Me, one of the great classics associated with Etta James.
With a warm, natural and engaging personality, Ainhoa has remained closely connected to music and to the cultural life of her home island. As an artist from Adeje, her stage experience and local roots allow her to create a particularly close connection with audiences.
At Black Sound Costa Adeje, Ainhoa Aguilar takes on the role of host, guiding audiences and artists through an experience built around soul, funk, R&B and the legacy of Black music.
